To be a movement of churches, ministries, and leaders across Canada—and beyond—committed to CONNECT, ENCOURAGE, and SERVE
1. Relationship
We believe ministry is stronger when leaders are connected. Our heart is to build authentic relationships among pastors, churches, and ministries—relationships marked by encouragement, accountability, and shared mission. We gather, connect, and grow together because no leader is meant to walk alone.
2. Resource
We are committed to equipping leaders with what they need to thrive. Through training, masterclasses, cohorts, coaching, and practical ministry tools, we invest in the growth and health of every leader and church. Our goal is to strengthen your hands so you can better serve the people God has entrusted to you.
3. Revival
Everything we do points toward one ultimate mission: seeing Jesus exalted and lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe God is stirring a fresh move across Canada, and we exist to champion, support, and participate in that awakening. Revival is not just our hope—it is our pursuit.1. Word & Spirit
We are committed to a ministry culture shaped by both the unchanging truth of the Word of God and the empowering work of the Holy Spirit. We believe the Word grounds us, the Spirit empowers us, and together they guide us in life, doctrine, and mission.2. Integrity
We prioritize Christlike character in every area of life and ministry. Integrity means living with honesty, humility, accountability, and moral clarity—reflecting Jesus in our actions, our relationships, our leadership, and our ministry ethics.3. Unity in Diversity
We celebrate the diverse expressions, backgrounds, cultures, and giftings within the Body of Christ. While we may differ in style or emphasis, we choose unity around Jesus and His mission. Our diversity strengthens us; our unity propels us.

We exist to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our Story
Ministers Network Canada was born from the unification of two respected organizations: Open Bible Faith Fellowship (OBFF) and the Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers (CFCM).
Both OBFF and CFCM have roots in the historic Pentecostal movement and share a rich spiritual heritage—dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
Over time, these two fellowships maintained a warm and collegial relationship. As each grew, they recognized the value of embracing the broader Body of Christ, celebrating the diverse expressions and streams that collectively advance the mission of reaching our nation. This perspective inspired both organizations to move beyond sectarian boundaries toward a more expansive, Kingdom-centered vision.
Many meaningful friendships had already formed between members, and a growing sense emerged that God was calling them to deepen their unity in love and honour. In 2014, a joint conference strengthened these relationships, marking the beginning of a divinely inspired journey toward greater partnership.
By 2019, formal discussions began around creating a unified national organization—one with a fresh spiritual DNA, equipped to serve a new generation of leaders and ministers.
Ministers Network Canada is the result of that journey. Our mission is clear: to connect with, serve, and encourage the Body of Christ in Canada and beyond and to see every person in our nation hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

Brendan Witton

Brendan is a pastor and leader passionate about equipping the Church in Canada. He serves with a heart to strengthen ministers, build healthy relationships, and champion a Spirit-filled, Gospel-centered movement across the nation. Brendan is committed to seeing leaders encouraged, churches empowered, and the mission of Jesus advanced with clarity, integrity, and faith. He and his wife Sharon co-Pastor Toronto City Church, located in the beautiful city of Toronto, Canada, and they have two children, Micah and Shiloh.

Jonathan Bounds
Lloydminster, AB
Jonathan pastors a vibrant church in Lloydminster on the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as a growing church in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan, on the border of the town and Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation. He carries a heart for northern communities and the First Nations people of Canada. Together with his wife, Tiah, they have committed their lives to seeing the Kingdom of God expand in Canada and beyond by raising up and encouraging strong leaders and churches to fill the nation with the fullness of God. Jonathan and Tiah have a wonderful son named Moses.

Rick serves alongside his wife, Cathy, who is an author, speaker, and the President and Founder of Windsor Life Centre—a residential, faith-based treatment centre for women seeking freedom from drug and alcohol addiction. Dr. Rick served as President of Ministers Network Canada until 2025, when he intentionally entrusted the leadership to the next generation. David & Jeanne McGrew

Dr. David and Jeanne McGrew have faithfully served in Canada since 1981, helping to build and strengthen the Church of Jesus Christ. After years of planting and pastoring, they transitioned into a calling of “pastoring pastors,” walking alongside leaders with wisdom, care, and spiritual oversight. With over 45 years of ministry experience, they bring deep insight in marriage, family, pastoral care, and church leadership, continuing to invest in the Church across generations. Dr. David served as Vice President of Ministers Network Canada until 2025 and now, together with Jeanne, continues to serve as an Apostolic Ambassador, offering wisdom and support to pastors and churches across Canada.
